The software

Hasim Solar runs entirely on your computer. It does not connect to the internet, create an account, or send your projects, customer data or prices to any server. Data is stored in the app folder on your computer and backups are your responsibility (Settings → Backup). The only optional online check, when internet is available, reads a small file on this site with the latest version number, without sending any identifier of your computer.

Purchases

When you buy we keep your name, company name, email, order number, issue date and licence key, in order to issue the key, support you and let you retrieve the key later. Card payments are processed by an external payment provider (such as Lemon Squeezy or Paddle) under its own policy; we never see or store card details. Local transfers are handled directly between you and us.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond what is needed to complete payment and send email.
