1. Parties

These terms are an agreement between Jotech ("we") and the purchaser of a Hasim Solar licence ("you"). By buying a licence or using the software you accept these terms.

2. Licence

• The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable outside your company, and allows installing and using the software on up to three (3) computers belonging to the company named in the licence key.
• A yearly licence is valid for twelve months from issue; a lifetime licence never expires and includes updates for two years from issue.
• The trial version is valid for fourteen days for evaluation.
• The licence key may not be copied to computers outside your company, resold, or reverse-engineered.

3. Payment and delivery

Once payment is confirmed (by card on this site or by local transfer) we send the licence key to the email address you provided, usually within minutes for card payments and during working hours for transfers. The key is activated inside the app, offline.

4. Refunds

If the software is not for you, request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase by writing to our support email; the key is revoked on refund.

5. Updates and support

Updates are available for download from this site during the licence period, with technical support by email and WhatsApp on working days. We do not guarantee specific features in future versions.

6. Limitation of liability

The software is a design and quotation aid provided "as is". Default values (solar yields, tariffs, exchange rates, equipment prices) are estimates and editable; final responsibility for the correctness of a design or quotation and its compliance with local codes rests with the user. We accept no liability for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the software; in all cases our liability is limited to the licence fee paid.

7. Privacy

The software never connects to the internet or transmits data. What we collect at purchase is described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; disputes are settled amicably first, then before the competent courts in Amman.
